HandymanXPro is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with independent service professionals. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and professionals.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. Professional Verification
We verify professionals through background checks and credential verification. However, we make no guarantees about the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Users should exercise due diligence.
5. Fees and Payments
Posting a job is free. Service fees apply when booking a professional through our Platform. All fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm a booking. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers eligible bookings. If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. Terms and conditions apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to HandymanXPro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
HandymanXPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
